At ACASA Furniture, while we offer our own designs, we are always ready to adapt our products to meet specific customer requirements. If a customer wishes to develop a custom furniture range, we work closely with them to finalize the details.

 

Once we receive the customer’s requirements, we reach out to our suppliers, carefully selecting the best match for each furniture style. We then provide a quotation, and upon customer approval, we begin the first step: preparing technical drawings, followed by samples.

Our furniture development follows a step-by-step process, strictly adhering to customer specifications and the specific standards and regulations of each country, ensuring that every product meets the highest quality and compliance standards.

 

Most of our customers request samples before mass production to confirm the details and final appearance of the items. Generally, they do not request samples to be sent overseas unless needed for meetings. However, we can ship samples if necessary, or customers are welcome to visit and inspect the samples in person.

Once the samples are approved and all paperwork is finalized, we proceed with mass production and enter phase 2, the production follow-up stage, ensuring everything runs smoothly through to completion.
